Expressions and phrases used in this document and written in capital letters mean:- Administrator – 9 BITS sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, at the following address: ul. Solec 81 B /A-51 (00-382) Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000323228, with the tax identification number NIP 7010174828 and the statistical number REGON 14173329400000.
- Cookies - the so-called "Cookies" are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
- Policy – this document specifying the rules for the Administrator's use of cookies and similar technologies.

- User – any natural person visiting the Website.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Administrator uses automatic data storage mechanisms on the Website. They are used to ensure the proper operation of the Website, improve its quality and adapt the Website to the needs of Users.
- For the purposes of this policy, automatic data storage mechanisms will be referred to as "Cookies".
- Using cookies, the Administrator obtains statistical information about the User's traffic, User's preferences and activity and how the Website is used. They allow you to adjust the content to the User's preferences.

TYPES OF COOKIES USED
- The Website uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies".
- "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser).
- "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in their parameters until they are deleted by the User. They allow the User's end device to be recognized when visiting the Website again.
- "Necessary" cookies enable the use of the Website.
- "Statistical" cookies enabling the collection of information on how the Website is used.
- "Advertising" cookies enable the User to be provided with advertising content more tailored to their interests.
The Administrator uses the Google Analytics tool to analyze the use of the Website, create and analyze statistics. The tool is provided by Google Ireland Limited based in Ireland (Gordon House, Barrow StreetDublin4), which may transfer data to the USA in order to provide the service. Transferring data to the US may involve risks, including access to data by US intelligence services. This data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain features identifying persons visiting the Website. PURPOSES OF USING COOKIES

Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- adapting the content of the Website's pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files make it possible to recognize the Website User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his or her individual needs;

- conducting analyzes and research on the performance of the Website;
- ensuring the security of the Website by preventing abuse and data leaks.

- Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software settings (web browser) and in the help files available in the browser menu.
- Saved cookies may also be deleted by the User by using appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or tools available within the operating system used by the User.
- Failure to change the settings of the browser used in the management of cookies will result in cookies that do not require the User's consent being placed automatically on the User's end device.

MANAGING COOKIES BY THE USER
- The method of changing cookie settings may vary depending on the web browser the user uses. Information about cookies can be found in the "Help" tab in each web browser.
Cookies in web browsers
In the browser options, select the option responsible for privacy settings
Google Chrome
The default settings of the Google Chrome browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
- click on the "Google Chrome Settings" menu and select the "Settings" option;
- click "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the page;
- select the "Content settings" option in the "Privacy" options;
- select the desired settings;
- to enter special settings for a given website, click "Manage exceptions" and select your own settings for websites;
- To confirm the changes, click the "Done" button.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
The default settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer allow the storage of cookies, but block files that may come from websites that do not apply privacy policies. To change the settings:
- click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options";
- select the "Privacy" tab;
- use the slider to specify the desired setting level (the highest 3. blocks cookies completely, the lowest allows storing all cookies);
OR:
- click the "Advanced" button and select the desired settings yourself;
- to enter special settings for a given website, 3. click on "Sites" and select your own settings for websites;
- confirm the changes with the "OK" button.
Mozilla Firefox
The default settings of the Mozilla Firefox browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
- click on the "Tools" menu (in other versions: click the "Firefox" button) and select "Options";
- then select the "Privacy" tab and select the desired settings;
- to enter special settings for a given website, 4. click on "Exceptions" and select your own settings for websites;
- confirm the changes with the "OK" button.
Opera
The default settings of the Opera browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
- click on "Preferences", select "Advanced" and then "Cookies";
- select the desired settings;
- to enter special settings for a given website, go to the selected website, right-click on it, select "Website Preferences" and go to the "Cookies" tab and then enter the desired settings
- confirm the changes with the "OK" button.
Safari
The default settings of the Safari browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
- in the "Safari" menu, select the "Preferences" option
- click the "Privacy" icon;
- select the desired settings;
- to enter special settings for a given website, click "Details" and select your own settings for websites.
