The Smyk mobile application, available to users from March 2018, supports the development of sales in the smyk.com online store. For several years, both sales channels were based on the Magento platform. At the beginning of 2019, Magento was replaced with a new, dedicated platform. In addition to the changed graphic design, significantly increased efficiency, and full SEO support, there are additional, advanced functionalities supporting sales, i.e. personalization of the offer, personalization of promotions, support for mobile devices, etc.
On December 2, 2020, an improved version of the mobile application was put into use, thanks to which shopping on smyk.com has gained a new dimension. The application is fully integrated with the new smyk.com store, thanks to which the user receives the same benefits as in the desktop version. Available in the App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery.
The new version of the application is:
- optimized operation of the application in terms of performance,
- new functionalities, incl. address management,
- cart process consistent with the web version.
